1. Agreement to Terms

By using QatarDrivingTheoryTest.com (“the Website”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

The site is not affiliated with the Qatar Government, the Ministry of Interior, or any official driving authority.

2. Educational Purpose Only

All practice tests, mock exams, flashcards, and learning materials are for training purposes only.

We do not guarantee that the same questions will appear in the official Qatar driving theory test.

3. 1-Day Free Trial & Auto-Renewal Terms

1-Day Free Trial

By activating the Free Trial:

• • You gain full access to all premium content for 24 hours
  • You must enter valid payment details via PayPal
  • You authorize future auto-payment unless cancelled within the trial period

Auto-Payment After Trial

After 24 hours, you will be automatically charged for the selected plan:

• • Quick Plan — 30 Days
  • Smart Plan — 90 Days
  • Pro Plan — 180 Days

You may cancel at any time through your PayPal recurring payments settings.

4. Subscription Management, Refund & Cancellation Policy

All subscriptions and recurring payments are managed exclusively through PayPal.

Users must manage and cancel their subscriptions by logging into their PayPal account and stopping the active subscription under
PayPal Account → Settings → Payments → Automatic Payments.

Once a subscription is canceled in PayPal, no future charges will be made.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be considered in limited cases such as:

• • Duplicate charges
  • Erroneous or incorrect billing caused by a system error

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• • Failure to cancel before the end of a free trial period
  • Partial or full use of a subscription
  • Forgetting to cancel an active subscription
  • Dissatisfaction after accessing digital content
  • Renewals after prior successful billing cycles

Website Subscriptions (PayPal)

• • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through the user’s PayPal account
  • Cancellation prevents future billing only
  • Access remains available until the end of the current trial or paid billing period
  • Deleting a website account does not automatically cancel an active PayPal subscription

6. Use License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access:

You may not:

  • Share your account with others
  • Use materials for commercial purposes
